tag says 5xl, no brand listed. pockets on the front. 95% cotton 5% polyester. not stretchy, feels kind of like linen. would be cute to layer a turtleneck underneath for cooler weather! small stain on the back that didn't come out with washing, you can see it in the last photo, but it's not super noticeable.
