SHIPPING & RETURN POLICIES
we are a very small business. we understand that it is hard to buy clothes online due to not being able to try on the item. if you have any questions about fit - PLEASE email us! we are happy to help. email firstname.lastname@example.org if you need help with sizing.
in the event that the item shows up to you damaged, we will offer a return and pay for your shipping costs to return the item to us.
ALL products in the SALE section (discounted price withOUT code) are final sale. no returns will be offered for products in the sale section.
ALL products in the STORIED collection (vintage & secondhand) are final sale. no returns will be offered for products in the storied collection.
if you absolutely must make a return for any other reason, you will have to pay to ship the item back to us, and upon receiving it and making sure the item is undamaged, we will refund the cost to your card. you can only make a return within 30 days of purchase. the original tags must still be attached in order to make the return. If you plan on making a return please contact us at email@example.com and we will assist you through the process.
we do not offer returns for internationally shipped orders.
we know this is a strict return policy but we hope that with your support we will be able to grow as a business and offer a more lenient return policy in the future. thank you so much for understanding!
*we know that shipping times may get delayed during the holidays, but that is out of our control. we will not be refunding orders that arrive late. please consider shipping time when you choose to order.
we can ship anywhere! but we are located in the US so shipments out of country will be more expensive obviously.
our current shipping team is one person so we do our best to get the package in the mail the next day. if the order is made friday - sunday it will not be shipped until the following monday. holidays will affect shipment times as well.
