this hat has a 5 panel unstructured crown. its build is derived from nostalgia for vintage workwear hats. the timeless hats are made of soft, corduroy fabric and feature a fabric strap with brass metal clasp. the color is a sort of dusty vintage red.

embroidered in cincinnati by refresh collective, a non profit print and embroidery shop located in Lower Price Hill. their mission here in Cincy is to uplift and empower local women in early stages of recovery from addiction and trafficking through our workforce development program. they are a recovery-rich environment for people in early sobriety to develop rooted connections. within their programming, they foster a culture of recovery where they have the space and opportunity to process in a safe environment and read recovery reflections while on the job. they are a team of artists that strive to answer the needs of their community.
ps - we made a cotton twill rust version of this hat as well. moving forward we will keep both styles because we figure the cotton twill one might be better for the warmer months.
